18. Go right more and get the Jet Pack.
19. Go back out of the clouds.
20. Go right and fly up the water tower.
21. Get the Signal Flag.
22. Go right until you reach the 8-bit pilgrims.

24. Talk to the second and give him the Bucket.
25. Talk to the third on the tower and give him the Signal Flag.
